TX10 - Can I make it more stable?

Hey guys, just got my awesome TX10 today...shooting my first AVCHD video and noticed how shaky it is. Is there a setting I can adjust to make more smooth, or is MP4 better for stability?

Really brand new with camera's in general, thanks for any help.
