R1 card door replacement

Hi all,

my R1's card door is partly damaged what means that the noses which are necessary to close it are broken off. Thus the door can not be closed tightly and a slit is open all the time. At the time being I close it using double adhesive tape which is hardly reliable and not really a solution.

Has anyone an idea how I could mend or replace the card door?
