D7000 Got dark spots from long time exposure 3s-30s

I took some night pictures today at shutter speed from 3s to 30s. I just noticed that there are four dark spots on the right edge of image. I tried two lenses and the dark spots happened to be at the same place. Thus I don't think it is on the lens. Can anyone tell me what they are? Is there anything wrong with the sensor or just some dust on the sensor?
