Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM or 70-300 L

HI i just bought 70-200mm F/4 IS its my first L lens like the built and quality I like Birding and nature i still have 14 days to exchange to 70-300 L what you guys suggest shall i keep 70-200 or get 70-300? Canon 70-300mm L IQ and sharpness will be the same as Canon 70-300mm F/4 IS ?
I Use 7D
