Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH2 body and lens durability?

Hello,
I'm wondering what is a real durability of Lumix DMC-GH2. I was testing this camera in a shop for about one hour and I like it very much. My main complain is only about it's build quality. GH2 feels like a remote control, cheap toy etc. What a shame
Do you have any experience in shooting with GH2 when traveling? Rain, high humidity, high temp, dropping down, dust etc.???
What about lenses? Are they also plastic fantastic?
I travel a lot and I need a small system for my "adventures". I still have my Olympus C-5060WZ which is very old (only 5mpix) but still wonderful in every aspect including it's aluminum body. Perfect travel companion. GH2 is fantastic but it seems that it can be easily destroyed after one day.
