I think a breakthrough like this is worth the hyperbole. And the shouting.

I see a distinct advantage in the G3 images, others won't. That's OK.

Having transgressed to full frame I see no reason (for me) to ever go back to APS-C. I will, however, choose a small camera for movies and taking places that the D700 just won't squeeze into. It will either be a G3 (now) or maybe even an XZ-1.

The biggest limitation of the G1, for me, was its noise performance - this (the G3) is a revelation or maybe even a revolution!
