D7000: Quickest Way to Turn Auto ISO On/OFF

Woot just got my D7000 today!!! I did some menu play before the battery died
Quick Question: What is the quickest way to turn Auto ISO ON/OFF. The best way i know so far is to add the ISO menu to "May Menu", but that still takes quite a few button presses.
Btw: Does anyone feel the ISO speed is kinda hard to change when you are in manual mode? It kinda require you to take ur eyes off the viewfinder.
