Exporting image file names from Adobe Bridge (or any app)

I'd be very grateful if someone could shed some light on this. I have about 400 images in a folder. I need to export ONLY THE FILE NAMES (text or CSV is fine) so I can eventually bring them in to Excel. I've tried Adobe Help and can't seem to find a solution.

Would anyone have experience with this?

PS: I don't have to use Bridge to export; any app will do....
