How to edit 1080p 60fps video?

Having just got an HX9V, I'd like to shoot all video in the best possible format, 1080p at 60fps. I know this is incompatible with Blu-Ray, but I don't intend to burn discs, just edit the video and then stream to a computer or TV.
But is there any editing software that handles this format? I'm used to using Premiere Elements, and it struggles just displaying 1080p video. I also have a trial copy of Premiere CS5 (which you would think would handle everything), but I can find no setting to natively handle 1080p 60fps, or output the final version in that format. (CS5 otherwise handles the video just fine - much better than Elements).
So, does anyone know of a way to edit 1080p 60fps video and not lose any quality? Thanks.
