Graphics Card Requirement for Dell U2711 Monitor

I am interested in the high resolution, wide color gamut, and deep color Dell U2711 monitor.

What is the Graphics Card Requirement to use the Dell U2711 at full resolution 2560 x 1440 and 30-bit (10-bits per channel color)?

Can something like the AMD HD 6670 1GB with display port handle this?

What would the requirements be if I want to run the Dell U2711 with the Display Port as the main monitor and still use the HDMI for videos on a second display or TV?

I know Photoshop does not used the GPU too much, but I have not seen much information on requirements for different displays.
