Two suggestions on the CM profiler for printing:

The default profile version type for printing is 4. That doesn't work in all software especially for soft-proofing. Check out your preferences settings.

Make sure you have the latest CM software version available from the CM product page. For one thing it allows resumed cold start testing after the primary test print is made so you can let the print dry overnight to stabilize the colors. Unfortunately without trickery the second corrective measuring target does not have this feature (I requested in the next release. You can cheat, how ever, by canceling out of the second print (which you have already done) and clicking next to measure it.

This avoids leaving your pc on just to allow the second print long term drying.

Dye inks may take longer than pigment inks to stabilize but both types should be dried longer than a few hours in both stages.
