I've done my homework and research, now i need you guys

I'm looking to buy a set of monolight strobes to make have a lighting kit that could be taken on location (inside). I'll bve taking mostly head shots and waistup portrais plus a bit of children photography. The most people in my shots are probably going to be two people and a baby.

I have a budget of about 1200$ for lights, stands, and modifiers.

I was looking at ABs but I tend to be a little on the "there's never too much light" side. Since I already have two speedlights (sigma dg super 500 and 530) that I can control remotely, I was planning on getting 2 monolights to go with it. My main question is : should I go with the AB 800 (320 w/s) or the AB 1600 (640 w/s).

Concerning the accessories, should I go with a rectangular "normal" softbox or would I be better with an octogonal one?

Also, I'd like to invest in at least one boom stand so I could have a hair light. The ones on AB's website don't seem that much trustworthy. Any clue on this one?

Thanks in advance
