camera lens balance... t3i, 60D, 7D w/ 70-200 f4LIS

considering each of the t3i, 60D and 7D to push my 20D into backup status... The bulkiest lens I own is the 70-200f4LIS and I'm considering the 17-55/2.8IS. I like the value of the t3i, the 60D is a decent compromise, and the 7D is likely overkill for me, but very nice indeed. Does anyone have hands-on experience comparing the balance/comfort of the 70-200f4LIS on these bodies? better yet, can you compare to the 20D handling (not just weight, but ease of adjustments while shooting).
