Cant get a new password

I have several time tried to get a new password and sent some Feedback and got nothing. No blocked messages, nothing. It feels like DPR is new a Marie Celeste running without crew.
My old account stopped working two weeks ago. Perhaps because I updated my browser to Firefox 4.0. I dont think I got banned because DPR moderator would have informed me, right?
