Go for the D700.

The 24-70 and 70-200 will become a totally different lens on a FX body.

I had the D7000 but sold it to get the D700. It really is no contest if you shoot a lot of people shots. The subject isolation and bokeh will be much better with the 2.8 zooms on FX body. And the big 2.8 zooms will be very uncomfortable to hold on small bodies like the D7000 as well.

I sold the 14-24 when I was still shooting DX, but I might get it again now that I have a D700.

I don't miss the video at all from the D7000. The quiet shutter of the D7000 is nice though, but sounds don't make pictures.
