20D as a backup body for $200?

I currently own a T2i which I'm very happy with. There is a 20D posted on c*list for $225 and I am thinking of picking it up for a backup body. I guess what appeals to me most is the 5 fps (which is a little better than the T2i's 3.7 fps) as well as having a second camera. All the reviews I've read are positive - but they were comparing it to the 10D when it came out years ago. The plusses I see are that all my lenses will work with both and according to the reviews it has decent high ISO performance.
Thoughts on this camera?
