new camera

For the same money i can get d3100 18-55vr, or d5000 18-55vr + 55-200vr in my country (serbia), and that is just enough money i'd like to spend for know, and later go to 35mm 1.8.

What can you recommend me?

p.s. I dont care too much about video.
