which shotgun microphone for my 7D? (around $200)

Hi

I have spent the last weeks searching the web, youtube, vimeo, websites, blogs, reviews and even comments on merchant websites from buyers, it is very difficult for me to get good feedbacks because for the same product, some people would say it's bad, and other would love it...

in the $200-250 price range, which shotgun microphone should i buy for my 7D ?

i'm really disappointed with the internal mic

and i am novice in using the video feature of my dlsr but still, i love the quality to be high

a nice quality of image deserves also good quality of sound imho

i have spotted several products but your advices would be highly appreciated to help me

i will use it for shooting my trips, people, live outdoors music, etc

not a pro use but more an "every day" use

please feel free to recommend some others if it's not in this list
