24-105 or 28-135

I have a 12-24, 24-70 and 70-200...now im looking for a all-around lens for my 60D. I know that some you might be suggesting an Ef-S 18-135/200. But i am considering it for the full frame camera also.
So, which of the 2 lenses can you suggest? I found the 24-105 to be redundant, because I already have the 24-70. My concern on the 28-135 is the IQ only.
