Z990 Two pictures

I have to send my MAX camera back because the Automatic Panning is not working at all. I spent two days on the phone with Kodak about this and they couldn't get it to work so now they want me to send it in for repair. I think they should give me a new one. I will be calling back about this.
I took these two while at my daughter's bus stop. I did no processing on them and they were shot in P mode. I think.
