Colourspace question - tiff vs jpeg
Apr 15, 2011

I understand that when saving a photo in jpeg after photoshop editing and sending to a photolab the prints will not match my calibrated monitor because the labs printer will use its colourspace profile rather than allowing PS to manage the colour. If I save the edited photo in a tiff format I am led to believe that the colourspace profile is embedded in the tiff file and the print should be a closer match to my monitor. Is this correct?
