Photo printers with gloss only cartridges

I'm trying to find a printer that I can print on extremely matte paper and have small areas of the print show a sheen. Imagine a matte print with a small area that looks screen printed (that gloss area).
Are there any printers that can do this out there, maybe with some sort of driver trick or something. Or does anybody have any tricks to do this by hand on a matte print afterwords?
