Replacing a MBP harddrive/ram

I'm about to purchase a new 13" MBP. If I switch out the factory hd for a Seagate 500gb 7200rpm hybrid drive and a 8gb ram set from Crucial on my own, will it effect the Apple warranty?
Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
