Preview releases of 64 Bit Flash Players have been out for quite a while now from Adobe Labs:

But, I don't see any practical advantage of having a 64 bit Version for Windows yet (unless you need to see content that is eating a lot of resources). Also, 64 bit IE is a lot slower than the 32 bit version of it from benchmarks I've seen so far. So, it's probably best to avoid it until MS updates it's code base to where it's as good as the 32 Bit release of IE 9.
