A Battery Grip for my E5

Hi all, I'm starting to get a nice little kit together for my E5, last week I got myself a FL-50R and wow, what a difference that makes and It was money well spent, anyway now I'm thinking about a battery grip, are they worth getting and do they make the lenses focus a bit faster etc. I've seen some good deals on ebay so I just thought I might get a few opinions here about them, have many of you got one and what do you think...
