looking for photography blooper shots

I'm doing a seminar for newbie photographers trying to learn how to use the features on their new cameras. I'd like to find some photos of photographers making "dumb" mistakes; shooting with the lens cover on, looking through the wrong end of a long lens, etc. that I can use in a powerpoint presentation
I haven't had much success finding "blooper" photos....anyone have any suggestions about sources for something like this?
