SHG lens or E-5

Interested in opinions on an upgrade path, can only do one of these right now.

1. Replace my E-3 and E-30 with an E-5 (still have an E-1)

or -

2. Sell E-3 or E-30 to help fund a 150mm f2 - currently have a 40-150 MkII, 50-200, and TC 1.4

Am leaning towards the 150 - will be shooting a lot of kids sports - but don't know how much difference I'll see over my 50-200. At the same time the E-5 will give me better results from all of my lenses, I have an E-PL1 and love the IQ.
