Lens advice for m8

Hi everyone
After recently experiencing the joy of my new m8 which has somehow has recaptured my love of photography id be interested to hear about lens recommendations for great portrait lens. Im used to using macro lens to get sharpness and detail on canon and nikon then using pp to soften to taste.
Im particuarly interested to here about any great budget lens as well as the excellent leica glass.
