Old APS-C vs M4/3

I've been a sideline proponent of the 4/3 and M4/3 systems since their beginnings. I have happily used a Nikon D50 for 5 years or so and now am considering a move to M4/3 or adding a second system. There are plenty of threads, reviews and comparisons about the various new cameras out there, but I was wondering if someone out there has an older DSLR like mine and a M4/3 that can give an honest comparison between say, a G2 and something comparable to the D50 as far as AF speed, picture quality and overall responsiveness. Other people in my position might be interested too.
