e-mail question

I was using comcast (smart zone) as my default e-mail. I have switched to outlook (windows 7) as my default, but I keep getting duplicate e-mails both on outlook and comcast. How do I stop the e-mails from coming to comcast (smart zone). I am using comcast as my internet provider.
