This is really a non-issue unless you are trying to use a wide aperture to limit your depth of field while shooting in very bright light. I do a lot of sports shooting in good light, and I seldom get a shutter speed as fast as 1/2000 second, and I never get that unless I'm using an f/2.8 or wider lens at ISO 200. I'm usually at f/5.6 to f/8 for those, shooting moving targets at f/2.8 doesn't leave much room for focus error. If I shot a lot of outdoor portraits where I really wanted a very out of focus background using something like my Nikkor 85mm f/1.4, then it might be an issue. But then I'd just pull out my DSLR with its 1/8000 top shutter speed if that did turn out to be an issue with my E-PL1
