I've been fighting for while an issue with my Nik HDR Pro installation. After a couple months of sporadic emails (I've been out of town a lot lately and couldn't respond as quickly as the emails came), I got an email from a senior tech guy wanting my phone number so that he could help me get the program running right from within Lightroom.
After spending an hour with me uninstalling and reconfiguring some settings, Shane was able to get me running with the tool. It runs so much nicer with my workflow directly from within LR.
I really appreciate Nik's commitment to customer service. Thanks, Guys!
