So long as you avoid pixel peeking, there’s nothing much wrong with the image’s sharpness and colour. Save the original, work on a copy of the original, and try experimenting a) with cropping and b) with various colour and contrast settings in your photo manipulation software. If things go wrong, don’t worry because you’re working from a copy, not the original. Experimenting can help you to learn how to compose your camera shots to get the effect you want, and can teach you a lot about the possibilities inherent in the manipulation software that you’re using.
