Canon halt lens production

Because of the tragedy in Japan, Canon halts it's lens production, due to, well all the problems regarding the major tragedy that hit Japan.

I know that this may be mute, compared to the scale of the disaster that hit Japan, but there you have it anyway. (Just got it from al-jazeera live feed).

The same goes for Sony and other electronic component producers.

I just hope they get those nuclear power-plants under control and I wish the Japanese people all the best in this dark time.
