UK Focus Show - your experiences

I went to Focus today and found it not to have been as good as in previous years. Obviously the absence of Canon and Hasselblad made a difference, but I found that the many suppliers of photo books, framing and online services together with the retail stands contributed to a feeling that the show is moving more to the amateur market than the professional.

Am I being a bit unfair? I would like to hear the views of DPR members who attended this year.
