How best to print and frame this?

The above photograph of mine has been chosen to be displayed at an upcoming employee art show at my workplace. As a total novice at printing out any photographs, am seeking advice on what is the best type of paper etc for taking a good quality printout. I don't want the print size to be greater than 8X10 inches as the image size is not too big, only 1844 X 1738 pixels (411 kb). Would an 8X10 be good or should I try something smaller? Also, the organizers want it to be framed in plexiglass with a hanging mechanism attached. Any advice on where/how to get that done is also welcome! Thanks..
