XZ-1 custom mode?
Mar 5, 2011
|
The XZ-1 manual is abysmal. I've read the same section 3 times now and have tired to figure it out in practice... ARGH.
There's a menu setting to save custom settings. When I set my sharpness, saturation, etc. and "set" the settings in the menu, it saves those settings for all the shooting modes that you can set them for. When I change to the "custom" shooting mode and set my focus prefs, turn ND on, etc. there doesn't seem to be a way to save them. After they're set up and I change shooting modes... then go back to "custom" shooting mode, none of my shooting preferences are saved. What's the point of the custom shooting mode?
Can anyone explain this in NON-Olympus-style vague cryptic garbage?
