*Internal* CF card reader suggestions

Hi,
I'm looking for a new CF card reader, but I'm one of those people who doesn't like "devices" on the desktop. So I'm looking for a built-in unit that will fit in a 3.5" drive bay in my tower case.
Are they more or less all the same, or is there something to look out for?
