E-PL1 Travel Kit
Feb 25, 2011

I’ve been meaning to post this for a while, but another post yesterday was the nudge I needed. Perhaps my obsession with putting together an E-PL1 travel kit might be helpful to others, or it might just expose my OCD to everyone in the forum. Either way here it goes…

• E-PL1 w 14-42mm kit lens

• Olympus MFT 40-150mm lens with generic rubber lens hood and Hoya polarizer & plastic case

• Zing 571-221 MPEBK1 Medium Electronic Belt Bag Black (I cut off the belt loop on the back)

• E-VF 2 with suede-ish pouch and large eye-cup

• Maximal Power DB OLY BLS-1 Replacement Battery

• Mountain Smith Focus II Large Bag with BlackRapid shoulder strap

• Optech D-Series Shortie camera case (new for micro 4/3)

• Slik Sprint Mini tripod

• Slik tripod pouch with custom made shoulder strap (original was way too short)

• Manfrotto 494 Mini Ball Head w/RC2 QR Plate

• Leicatime leather strap (cameras come and go, the strap stays!!!)

• Leicatime leather battery/SD card case

• Optech Adapt-Its clips (2)

• NiteIze S-Biner Plastic Black Size #0 black (2)

• Generic mini folding tripod

• Nikon 8072 Microfiber cleaning cloth

• Giottos AA1920 Rocket Air Blaster Small (Black) Giottos AA1920 Rocket Air Blaster Small (Black)

• LensPEN Lens Cleaning System LensPEN Lens Cleaning System

On order is a PRO SERIES Equivalent Olympus BLS1 Battery Charger with built in folding plugs, much like the ones that came with the Canon G-series. No cord necessary.

Well, that’s it. Hope this is helpful to someone. And apologies for the bad pictures, it was an iPhone.
