problem with content aware fill

I've got a pretty big image - about 70mgs - 30 x 24 with 304 pixels/inch resolution. Want to use content aware fill but keep getting message that I don't have enough memory. In fact I've got 8gigs RAM and an AMD quad4 processor.

Any suggestions?
