how to batch process (resizing images)

I just returned from a two week cruise and I want to resize about 200 images for uploading to the 'net (either Flickr or Dropbox?) for viewing by friends, relatives, etc.

Sorry to be so lazy but I have several of the free image processing progs (Irfanview, Xnview and Faststone) and I can probably figure out how to do it but if anyone who has already done it can give me specific instructions I would really appreciate it.

Incidentally, I didn't want to schepp(?) my heavy gear so I took only my wifes SX210 and my A650 and I think both performed really well. I'm in a hurry but for anyone interested I'll answer any questions regarding either camera later on.
