Switched from 5D2 to D700 - need help.

Hi,

I finally took the call after a lot of thoughts. Ordered from BH and took advantage of the discounts offered on lens. Following is on its way:

D700
16-35 f4 vr
24-70 f2.8
70-200 f2.8 vr ii
SB700

Could you please suggest me a few sites that I could use for references or for tips and tricks. I will also need some good content books that can get me off to a good start since I'm completey new to Nikon system.
