Pop-up ads working differently!

Just the last few hours, sometimes when a banner ad pops up (at the top), it doesn't work right and instead a new white page is created with the ad in the upper-left corner. The worst part is that when you click "Back", it goes back two places, so you can loose stuff!
Anybody else experiencing that?
Yes, I tried several other websites...
