It's going to struggle at 3.5 and iso 100 indoors with lowlight. My dedicated Canon HF200 camcorder was nearly useless indoors and that is even at f1.8(camcorder is F/1.8-3.2 ). At those settings it would be.

You're going to need to use faster glass and experiment in manual setting and do some PP most likely in low light.
