I have 5D Mark 2 and I want to buy 2nd camera back up

Hello everyone, I have 5D Mark 2 and I want to buy 2nd camera back up, I am not sure about image quality between 5D Mark 2 and Canon 1Ds Mark III, I shoot weddings, landscape, portraits, shooting with macro. I need some advice which camera gives better quality images. Thanks.
