Class 10 Doesn't Handle 60D Video

Has anyone bought a class 10 SDHC card that did not work in their 60D for video but should have according to specs?

Just got a 32gb PNY Pro Class 10 20mb/s SDHC card from Newegg. Recording video will result in buffer overruns and thus the recording ceases about one in every 4 videos. This is frustrating because I have a PNY 16gb Class 4 that works JUST FINE! That card has not stopped in video mode ONCE!

I tried formatting it in the camera (60D). Still overruns.
I tried formatting it in another camera. Still overruns.

I tried formatting it using exFAT in a card reader (long format - not quick). Still overruns.

Are there different performance levels depending on the quality of the particular silicon that made into this chip? It doesn't throw errors, mounts in Vista just fine, camera sees it and I can't see anything wrong with it other than it's packaging/specs state that it's MORE than enough to handle the 60D video... but it does not.

I don't understand why my class 4 handles it just fine but this class 10 chokes on the video. Any suggestions?

Card on left works just fine - one on the right is the new one.
