Canon give me back my aperture priority!
Jan 16, 2011

My A60, A75, A85, A620, and A720 IS all had aperture priority and an eye level viewfinder which I need. And they were small enough for me to pocket, or put easily in my brief case. They were a great adjunct to my xxD cameras. So when the flash broke on the 720, I got an A 1100 through the canon loyalty program and it comes and does not have aperture priority. It is a great little camera, but where is the aperture priority? And there does not appear to be such on the A1200. Why drop that feature? It is only another click on the mode wheel!

So now I must pay 5 times as much for a G12, or get an S series without an optical viewfinder. Please, tell me I am wrong....I am bummed!
