good camera bag for E-5/HLD4 + lenses - preferably backpack

Hi everybody,

I'm here for good advice again.

I need a good backpack type bag for my E-5+HLD4 with 12-60mm attached most of the time + 50-200mm lens + 50 mm macro lens + 9-18 mm (in near future )+ E-PL1 and some M.4/3 lenses + FL50R ! Also, it should have a good and convenient access to my filters (polarizer/ND grad/steup rings) and place to hold extra batteries/charger/cleaning stuff etc. Also a place to hang my tripod would be good. All these preferably in the range of $100 (am I asking too much? )....

Currently I have Kata DR467 but i'm not so fond of it - esp with E-3+HLD4 attached. Can you recommend me an all purpose bag for this? I saw this on adorama which looks quite good. Has anybody tried it?

Also which filter cases do you recommend to organize my filters?
