Newb - TL350 Shots coming out very "hot"

I don't know the term but my photos taken from my new TL350 look very "hot" or overexposed. Here is an example:

It's quite terrible looking, I get better looking photos from my HTC Incredible! Now, I'm sure the camera can take excellent shots and it's all user error, I'm just not sure where to start to correct this. I've tried using different aperture settings and not seeing much difference.

• F2.4

• Exposure: 1/750 sec

• ISO 400

• Light Source: Fluorescent (??)

• Exposure Program: Aperture Priority

I appreciate any suggestions you may have.
