Nikon D7000 + 18-105mm lens

Hi Everyone!,
Good day to everyone,
I'm new to this forum and DSLR, me considering get D90 or D7000 and would like to ask, when you guys get a camera, will you just the whole package (What I mean is camera body + original lens 18-105mm) or change to a more advance lens like 18-200mm?
Sorry for the stupid question as I'm new to this thing and undecided which one to get D90 or D7000.
